SEEDS Organizational Effectiveness Services

The primary purpose of SEEDS OES is to support the development of healthy, relational organizational processes and systems, to provide communication and conflict resolution support, education, and services for the purpose of supporting relational workplaces that position people to do their best work. We offer a sliding payment scale and prioritize organizations doing work that supports communities working to create social change toward equity and peacebuilding.

General Role Description

The SEEDS Program Trainer and Facilitator works under the direction and supervision of the SEEDS Director of Organizational Effectiveness Services to support organizational requests for training and facilitation.

We are looking for a clear, energetic presenter/facilitator who is organized, able to manage time and content while presenting & facilitating, able to present SEEDS material in a way that is consistent with our organizational model and philosophy, and culturally sensitive and aware of power and privilege and managing that in a group.

We are looking for someone who is willing to help develop and grow this role and increase the volume of service delivery and trainings.

o  A bachelor’s degree, or any similar/related field, OR equivalent work experience.

o  Experience facilitating group process meetings

o  Experience training or teaching

o  Experience working and communicating with stakeholders representing broad diversity in terms of gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, religion, etc.


We are currently offering this position as an on-call employee, with the goal of increasing hours over the next six months.
