Instructions:

Goals and Outcome: One Falmouth intends to hold a

televised event in the fourth quarter of 2021 to raise money and awareness of

the scope of work being done by a spectrum of nonprofits all located in the

same community. The expectation is that this will be the first of an annual

event designed to spur memberships, donations and volunteerism throughout the

town and vicinity. During the COVID 19 pandemic, it became clear that the

nonprofit community needed to band together to show that they needed each other

and the community, and that the need for the townspeople’s support continues

all throughout the year for all of the organizations.

The aspiration for the first year is to raise at least $

60,000.00, to be split evenly amongst the participating partners. This is to be

done through a combination of charitable donations and sponsorships.

Community Television, using Streamyard technology, will host a televised event

organization will have a five minute window to discuss and explain their

mission and work. This can be done live, by recorded video or a combination of

the two. It will also have another five minute block for entertainment provided

by said organization. Charitable donations can be made through a crowd funding

site, by online donations, or by mail.

A Master of Ceremonies (M. C.) will need to be found for

set up; and a website and social media site for the event will also need to be

started.
