DUTIES
ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR POSITION
Support Greater Cleveland Congregations staff on a wide range of administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Managing office (monitor phone messages, order supplies, maintain hardcopy files etc.)
- Updating and maintaining databases
- Supporting Strategy Team (meeting notices, emails, Zoom links etc.)
- Maintaining and updating GCC social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter,
- Instagram and YouTube
- Providing event support (electronic flyers etc. for assemblies, other events)
- Supporting annual Friends of GCC Individual Donor Campaign as needed
- Sending out member dues statements and tracking payments
- Maintaining and updating member directory
- Attending and engaging in weekly staff meetings
- SKILLS NEEDED
- Has computer literacy in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of: o InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Professional a plus
- o Social media and virtual platforms like Zoom
- o Mailchimp and Constant Contact marketing communications platforms
- Can prioritize and organize multiple assignments
- Shows flexibility and balance
- Has detail-oriented personality
- Takes initiative
- Is problem solver
- Works well in team environment
- Has planning capabilities
- Can work independently
- HOURS/SALARY
- 20 hours a week
- Salaried position ($25,000-$30,000)
