Do you deeply connect with your students and enjoy seeing them grow year after year? Lake Champlain Waldorf School is seeking a class teacher to participate in our Lower School loop in which teachers stay with one group of students for up to 5 years, learning and growing together through developmental stages.

Our well-established K-12 school is both grounded and innovative, rooted in a developmental curriculum and reaching into the future through an educational emphasis on social, racial, and environmental justice. We offer a vibrant learning community, a consistently strong and capable Board of Trustees, and a clear and collaborative governance structure. Our two campuses are located on over 25 acres in beautiful northern Vermont. In addition to offering a cornucopia of outdoor recreational possibilities, the area is a rich artistic and cultural center, and has a major University and several colleges.

Come join an innovative team of faculty who are working to develop new models of teaching that serve the students of the 21st-century. Young people need now, more than ever, the capacities that are at the heart of our mission: creativity, compassion, collaboration, and problem-solving.
