YouthCare is currently seeking a Facilities Manager for our Operations DepartmentUnder the supervision of the Director of Operations, the Facilities Manager is responsible for managing the agency assets related to safety and compliance throughout the agency, oversight of the vehicle fleet, vendor management and day to day operations-related maintenance at individual facilities. The Facilities Manager oversees budgets, grants, and schedules, conducts and supervises maintenance and repairs, and ensures compliance with state and local health and safety standards.  

Successful candidates will have:

·     BA in related field and 3 or more years of relevant experience, OR, 5 or more years of relevant experience

·     3 or more years of management experience required.

·     Knowledge of home appliances, electrical units, plumbing, dry wall, carpentry, etc.

·     Knowledge in the use of drill, drill press, a variety of saws, routers, hammer drill, electrical multi-tester, conduit tools and assorted hand tools.

·     Ability to use relevant technology to improve business processes.
