Job Description

Assists Administrative Coordinator of Field Education and Advisement in general clerical duties


• Filing and maintenance of field files

• Organization and logging in of student field documents, including evaluations, field agreements, and other pertinent materials

• Photocopying

• Data entry

• Phone follow-up with student and field agencies

• Correspondence and email blasts

• Assist with students with resume writing


• Associates Degree

• Prior clerical experience

• Administrative Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills and human relation skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication 

• Ability to relate to students and institutional personnel
