Join the Division of Development and Alumni Affairs and the Analytics & Data Services team! We are hiring for the following positions:

Data Integrity Associate: This role will analyze, monitor and maintain the accuracy, integrity and quality of the alumni, donor and gift records in the administrative database(s) for the Division of Development and Alumni Affairs. Identify and remedy data integrity issues and errors. Maintain a systematic approach to keeping the records accurate and contribute to data enhancement projects. Work with other units in the division to coordinate data maintenance efforts. posting number: 043708 

Business Systems Analyst: This role is responsible for the design and develop reports to extract data from the administrative system using various reporting tools, based on end-user requirements and specifications. Validate and verify accuracy of reports, ensuring that reports are presentation-ready. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system related issues. Participate in the analysis of business reporting needs and the implementation of data hygiene strategies in the Division of Development and Alumni Affairs. posting number: 043711 

Business Intelligence Specialist: This role is responsible for partnering with development, alumni engagement, and special events colleagues to identify and define reporting needs, and analyze existing reports. Implement new applications for analyzing data, tracking progress, and improving processes. Develop new reports and processes by leveraging innovative and budget-conscious business intelligence tools suitable for Development and Alumni Affairs. Support division staff in developing data literacy and using quantitative and qualitative data to guide their work. Use data to create and share insights and support the Division of Development and Alumni Affairs in embracing a culture of measurement. posting number: 043625
