The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative support and coordination in one or more of the following human resource functions for multiple Chapters within the Western U.S: recruitment, talent management, training and development, time reporting, compensation and safety. Work location is flexible - Washington, Oregon and Colorado.
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting human resource functions and will provide assistance to all levels of personnel on various HR-related issues. Essential functions may include:

This position requires a valid driver's license and compliance with the Conservancy's Auto Safety Program. Employees may not drive Conservancy-owned/leased vehicles, rental cars, or personal vehicles on behalf of the Conservancy if considered "high risk drivers."
