    Leadership Coach

    As our Leadership Coach, you will facilitate workshops so our scholars are supported and empowered to tackle high school life and apply for college. Day to day, you will prepare for workshops, facilitate programming for scholars, and track and analyze student data. To thrive in this job, you must have experience working with high school students from underserved communities.

    You’ll know being a Leadership Coach is the right fit for you if…

    • You are passionate about supporting students to succeed in high school and preparing them to apply for and attend a four-year college
    • You have experience and comfort facilitating workshops for groups of students
    • You are adept at building trusting relationships with students from diverse backgrounds
    • You have experience coaching and working one-on-one with students
    • You are a flexible and collaborative worker, eager to work with a team to best support students
    • You are excited about working in-person 11:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M. Monday – Thursday and remotely 9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. Friday. Some in-person Fridays and Saturdays as needed for various events.

    Compensation: This position is full-time non-exempt with a full compensation range of $24.86/hour to $33.64/hour (equal to ​​$51,714/year-$69,966/year) with the exact compensation depending on experience. As someone new to the role, you can expect an offer between $28.81/hour to $30.12/hour ($59,927 - $62,665) to ensure internal equity while leaving room for salary growth during your time in the position.
