Goddard and Isaacs Center are announcing their strategic alignment this month—the culmination of a series of conversations between our leaders over the course of the last few years. As institutions we have a lot in common: we’re both community-based organizations that work closely with public housing tenants; we’re members of United Neighborhood Houses, the umbrella organization for historic settlement houses across the city.
Organization Overview: The Stanley M. Isaacs Neighborhood Center (Isaacs Center) is a neighborhood-based, nonprofit, multi-service organization founded in 1964. Our mission is to promote social and physical well-being and encourage growth, self-reliance and dignity throughout every stage of life. Today, the Isaacs Center endeavors to provide effective and innovative community-based programs that reach 6,000 children and families, disconnected youth, and isolated and homebound seniors in Yorkville and East Harlem each year.
Position Summary: Reporting to the Director of Innovation, the Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator/Salesforce Administrator will help Isaacs Center continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to Isaacs Center, and critical to our commitment to increasing the economic mobility and financial security of the young adults we serve. The Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator/Salesforce Administrator should be highly proactive, and comfortable supporting all aspects of the Salesforce experience including training, design solutions, and promptly addressing support tickets.
