Description

  • Manages day to day access to care operations s in Bureau's PAATHS Program
  • Develops and implements protocols and policies to ensure effective operations and compliance with established standards and/or contracted goals & objectives.
  • Works closing with funders and community partners.
  • Acts as liaison with consultants and internal team members.
  • Oversees activities which may include: fiscal monitoring; grant writing; monitoring of funded programs or agencies to ensure compliance; report preparation and writing; and overall marketing of Bureau programs, including but not limited to distribution of educational materials.
  • Oversees activities which may include: community and family education, resource and referral protocols, training of staff and provider agencies in referral and service delivery protocols, including customer service training; development of training and educational materials.
  • Collaborates and meets with to determine program requirements, standards and goals.
  • Evaluates projects or initiatives to determine effectiveness and to recommend changes/improvements.
  • Lead or participate in NIATx process improvement initiatives.
  • May supervise employees; responsible for performance management of all supervisees.
  • Assists in overseeing specialized research and evaluation projects related to grants and specialized projects.
  • Coordinates with other departments on data collection, data base development and information systems.
  • Assists with budget development and management.
  • Works in a confidential capacity with the Director including materials and matters of a highly sensitive nature.
  • Meet regularly with Director regarding all aspects of program operations, including but not limited to matters pertaining to program staff and other confidential matters.
  • Operate independently. Use independent judgment and discretion to make decisions affecting the program and staff as it relates to program operations/services and BPHC policy.
  • Performs other duties as required.
  • Provide on-call coverage of program as assigned.
  • Performs other duties as required.



Master's degree in Social Work, Public Health, Health or Public Policy Administration with two years of experience in recovery services field OR Bachelor's degree in human services field with five years of experience working in recovery services and at least two years' experience in project management/coordination. LCSW, LICSW, LADC, or LMHC strongly preferred.

Demonstrated experience planning, coordinating and implementing complex projects.

Advanced knowledge & experience with Microsoft Office,

Ability to analyze and interpret data and experience with program evaluation.

Advanced knowledge of local community agencies and health care providers.

Demonstrated cultural competence with the diverse ethnic, cultural and socio-economic groups.

Bilingual English/Spanish or Spanish/English preferred.
