Accounts Assistant

A small nonprofit organization looking for a spectacular go getter to join our growing organization. This person will be a primary team member for the Order Fulfillment department. We are looking for people passionate about women and infant health and working within the community. 

Job Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Take calls and emails from hospitals and families providing information on receiving donor milk
• Packs and ships orders for hospitals and outpatients
• Work independently and as part of the team to accurately and efficiently dispense orders of donor milk
• Maintains clear, accurate records
• Assists with inventory management and freezer organization system
• Follows established procedures to ensure milk is dispensed and received safely
• Stocking of necessary supplies at the start and end of each day
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and sanitary work area
• Provides a high level of customer service, sensitive subject matter

Job Requirements:

• Passionate about women and infant health and working within the community
• Being able to handle time sensitive and confidential subject matter related to the health of women and infants is essential.
• Planning and time management skills
• High level verbal and written communications skills
• MAC OS X proficient
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet
