QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
A Master’s degree/MBA is required. 7+ years in a non-profit administration in a anagerial/leadership role is essential. Experience in managing federal grant-funded projects and staff in a non-profit environment is highly desired; experience with other relevant settings such as institutions of higher education, health policy, civic, and advocacy organizations is a plus. Experience in overseeing operational activities including financial and human resources systems at a similarly sized non-profit organization or division is also desirable. Looking for excellent interpersonal skills including conflict resolution, effective team building, communication with individuals and groups, facilitation skills and communicating organizational values to diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to write issue briefs, performance briefs, understand and create visual representation of financial and other data is essential.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to travel within the State, region and United States. Must attend meetings, travel to Health Center sites and travel out of state.
