The Episcopal Church Foundation (ECF) is seeking an investment analyst to serve as a program director in its endowment management program. ECF is an independent nonprofit organization that works with dioceses, congregations, and other Episcopal faith communities to develop leadership and manage financial resources. ECF’s endowment management program serves over 300 organizations that invest over $500 million in endowment assets with ECF and its outside investment manager, State Street Global Advisors. The program also supports numerous other organizations seeking guidance on endowment structure and governance as well as growth through planned giving.

This new position of Investment Analyst/Program Director will join a team who embrace ECF’s mission to strengthen Episcopal communities of faith and demonstrate a commitment to excellence, professionalism, and client service and support. The Investment Analyst/Program Director will report to the Director of Endowment Management, collaborate with all program staff, and interact with other program and administrative areas of the organization. This position is an excellent opportunity for an individual to bring investment management experience to a mission-based organization in the nonprofit sector.

Qualifications required:
ECF is looking for an investment analyst with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and three to five years of experience in a relevant financial or business field. Candidates should be familiar with nonprofit endowment management; have a broad knowledge of investments, financial markets, and trends; be experienced in asset allocation; have strong analytic and communication skills; be proficient in analytical and relationship management software; and be self-motivated but excited about working collaboratively with the endowment management team and supporting the mission of ECF.
This is a full-time position with competitive benefits and a salary commensurate with experience. Although the ECF office is in New York City, this position can work remotely from anywhere in the United States.
