Position Summary:

The Coordinator of National Operations will play a critical role in providing administrative, financial, and operational support for our 35 chapters located throughout the United States aid the foundation in its mission. The position will report to and support the Senior Manager and Senior Director of National Operations.


Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee administrative staff in one of three designated areas
  • Daily processing of accounts receivable and account payables
  • Assist in policy enforcement where applicable
  • Administer monthly trainings
  • Troubleshooting systems related to accounts receivable and account payables
  • Provide daily email and phone support to approximately 280 employees
  • Team member of the Matching Gifts program for the Foundation
  • Compile, track, and furnish reports various items related to revenue and expenses
  • Provide general clerical assistance and coordination to the Senior Manager and Senior Director of National Operations, as needed
  • Assist with different interdepartmental tasks, special projects, and other duties as assigned

Qualifications Required:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Matching Gifts experience preferable
  • Accounts Payable experience preferable
  • Blackbaud CRM/Luminate Online a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Works extremely well in team setting
  • Proactive approach to resolving or enhancing workflows
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills
