Partnership to End Addiction seeks a Product Associate to help lead the development of digital and tech-based products, with the aim to improve the substance use disorder (SUD) treatment system and improve access to SUD services for people seeking care and resources for themselves, family or friends.

The Product Associate will be a vital member of the product development team and report to the Director, Product Management. This role will work on a variety of products including virtual instruction/e-learning, web apps and other digital intervention tools.

 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Guide products from conception to launch
  • Support supervisor in meeting scope of work from funding agency/organization
  • Writing and scripting for various products including e-learnings and web-based apps
  • Create reports of attendance at trainings and utilization of products
  • Direct communication responsibilities with vendors/funders
  • Managing CEU applications and LMS course maintenance
  • Schedule, develop, and complete AV components of products
  • Conduct online product testing and synthesize data to improve online products
  • Conduct literature searches, and prepare literature reviews, summaries, and reports as well as specific technical content for trainings.


Qualifications include:

·        Bachelor's degree in technology, design, product development or public health related field

·        At least 2 years of technical product management experience such as creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams; and/or at least 2 years of relevant work experience in public health, substance use disorder, or other related field resulting in advanced research methods and skill. 

·        Experience with healthcare/public health writing for non-academic audiences.

·        Experience developing digital products and technologies

·        Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction, preferred.

·        Knowledge and experience in product management and/or project management.

·        Compassion and empathy for those impacted by addiction


Note: We are temporarily teleworking during the COVID-19 pandemic. When we return to in-office work, the Product Associate would work in our NYC office.
