Position Overview

VSCs play a pivotal role in preparing mentors to support mentees, with a particular focus on ensuring mentees are matched with safe, quality mentors. They will be responsible for the screening of 600+ new mentors. Through thoughtful interviews and application reviews, VSCs will oversee iMentor’s intake pipeline from start to finish and will set the stage for a volunteer experience that is as welcoming and energizing as it is rigorous, ultimately driving high retention and satisfaction rates among volunteers.

VSCs will be exposed to the best practices in youth development, civic engagement and volunteerism, and connect with people from NYC, Chicago, Baltimore and the San Francisco Bay Area committed to supporting our mentees.
