    Description

    THE IMMUNIZATION PARTNERSHIP seeks a Research and Education Manager. If you are

    passionate about the importance of immunizations, understand the role and importance of data in

    driving programmatic strategies, thrive in a team environment, communicate well both in writing and

    verbally and don’t mind working hard, you should talk to us.

    ORGANIZATIONAL BACKGROUND

    The vision for The Immunization Partnership (TIP) is a community protected from vaccine preventable diseases. TIP’s mission is to advocate for disease prevention using an impactful

    network of vaccine champions who promote education and evidence-based public policy on the

    health benefits of childhood and adult vaccinations. TIP aspires to be the trusted resource to support

    increasing immunization rates to create healthier communities.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Function as central data and research focal point for TIP staff
    • Collect and manage data, including analysis and reporting, for organization’s programs and

    policy initiatives

    • Develop and implement educational campaigns

    MUST HAVES

    • At least 2 years of experience in public health research and data analysis
    • Strong understanding of vaccine science and public health issues
    • Excellent data visualization and communication skills
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
    • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset and high emotional intelligence
    • Commitment to diversity; a personal approach that values the individual and respects

    differences of race, ethnicity, age, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion,

    ability, and socio-economic circumstance, and the ability to work with diverse individuals

    within the organization and broader community

    • Dedication to TIP’s mission
    • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends and travel up to 25% (including

    statewide)

    WOULD BE NICE

    • Master’s degree in public health or related field
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with expertise in using Excel; Canva experience preferred.
    • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
