The Association of American Colleges and Universities (AAC&U), a national higher education organization committed to improving the quality of undergraduate education, seeks a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and creative individual for the position of Program Coordinator in the Office of Diversity, Equity and Student Success (DESS).

The DESS Program Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and programmatic support for two AAC&U Institutes. These include the Institutes on Truth, Racial Healing, and Transformation (TRHT) Campus Centers, and High-Impact Practices and Student Success.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
These tasks include, but are not limited to:
(1) AAC&U Institutes
(2) Contribute to the efficient functioning of DESS through active participation in team meetings, information sharing, reporting, and attendance at professional conferences and functions related to the work of the office.
(3) Other duties as assigned.
At least 2-3 years of work experience in higher education and/or meeting planning required. A bachelor’s degree is also required, and a master’s degree is plus.
