Experience Required
Applicants must have a Field Director for a previous citywide or state level campaign, or experience as a Field Organizer or Field Director for a congressional level campaign. Candidates must demonstrate experience with some or all of the following activities: navigating VAN, creating universes and cutting turf, managing voter files, designing literature, managing phone and text bank technology (specifically ThruTalk and Spoke), and integrating systems and data to keep on the back-end so updates are made in existing email and text systems.

Compensation
This role offers a monthly salary commensurate with experience, with a minimum of $5,000 per month. The role begins as soon as possible with a prospective end date of June 22, 2021 with possibility of work continuing into November general election.
