SeniorCare Inc. is seeking a new, integral member of our team to respond to telephone inquiries, decipher caller needs, and communicate pertinent information relating to eligibility for services and benefits under a variety of agency and public programs,. Information may include income based needs, disability related needs, time frames, procedures, and type or amount of service available. Follow up protocols include sending information, conducting referrals, entering all activity in tracking reports and maintaining accurate statistics.
We are seeking an individual with:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field OR 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role demonstrating computer proficiency, public service through telephone skills, and knowledge of community programs and benefits for both elders and individuals with disabilities.
- LSW, or intent to obtain within a reasonable time frame, preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills are necessary for appropriate interaction with consumer, family and other formal or informal supports.
This position will be Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 35 hours per week. It will be located in our Gloucester office with periods of time spent in our Beverly office.
