Description

University Behavioral Associates (UBA) of Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, New York is seeking a Supervisor (Ph.D. or Masters-level) for the Multisystemic Therapy for substance abuse (MST-SA) program funded by the NYC Administration for Children’s Services (ACS). The Supervisor must be Ph.D. or Masters-level and hold a license or limited permit. The Supervisor will be responsible for conducting group and individual supervision to promote client engagement and positive outcomes, providing direct clinical training to therapists, reviewing therapist assessments and treatment plans, ensuring all documentation is consistent with MST-SA and ACS requirements, participating in MST training, supervision, and consultation activities, and providing periodic on-call 24-hour coverage. The preferred candidate will have demonstrated clinical experience with adolescents and/or families, and with providing behaviorally-based treatments, as well as excellent management skills and strong organizational ability. Spanish-speaking a plus. Supervisors will receive training in MST-SA.
