For the position of the Graphic Designer we’re looking for a digital native who doesn’t only have relevant education and training but also unites excellent aesthetic intuition with an extraordinary amount of creativity. The person we’re looking for tailors their designs to the target group and the platform to have the greatest impact possible with their work. The right person for this position is also highly intrinsically motivated, able to work independently and autonomously as well as in a team.


  • further development of our corporate design
  • drafting and reworking the designs of advertising material
  • creating and developing online as well as offline advertising material
  • creation of newsletters, social media posts, and presentations
  • creation of charts and graphs
  • social media posts (especially infographics)
  • key visuals for our campaigns
  • developing flyers and brochures
  • independent project development and management
  • supporting the communications teams with online projects and presentations
  • carrying out research, reworking, and taking care of our graphic design content database



  • academic education in graphic arts/design
  • training in media management
  • excellent skills in fine-drawing, content production, and image editing
  • proficiency in the use of common graphic programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), MS office and Acrobat
  • enthusiasm to work with complex content


  • experience in the implementation of corporate design rules and regulations
  • independent, well-structured and reliable style of working as well as curiosity, engagement, and motivation
  • team player
  • fluent English and German in both written and oral form
  • several years of work experience in a comparable position
  • optional: skills and experience in video production and editing
