SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Chief of Family Programs, the Family Housing Coordinator represents The Community Partnership on site at the Virginia Williams Family Resource Center and is responsible for facilitating and coordinating the Family Rehousing Stabilization Program within the Rapid Rehousing Team. The Family Housing Coordinator ensures that services are provided in an effective and professional manner

  • Facilitates the implementation of the recertification process for families participating in Rapid Rehousing Assistance Initiatives
  • Provides training to providers on the principles of the Rapid Rehousing model, recertification process and TANF integration as needed
  • Provides technical assistance for Rapid Rehousing Providers through a firm understanding of rules and policies concerning Rapid Rehousing
  • Generates payments for participants receiving Rapid Rehousing assistance
  • Coordinates and facilitates communication to all rapid rehousing providers to ensure service delivery is unified amongst all providers
  • Attends community based homeless provider meetings as needed on behalf of the Partnership
  • Facilitates the re-location process when necessary for families receiving Rapid Rehousing Assistance
  • Responsible for managing a designated portfolio of rapid rehousing providers while maintaining complete and accurate records
  • Responsible for the development/management of electronic tools to support communication between the Partnership and its Rapid Rehousing providers
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Access to one of the health insurance carriers currently used by The Community Partnership, enrollment to begin on the first of the month following your first day of work. Employee contribution is 30% of the monthly premium
  • Life insurance at double the amount of your salary not to exceed one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) as well as long-term disability insurance
  • Eleven (11) paid holidays per year, paid at the rate of 4.5 hours per holiday.
  • Accumulation of ten (10) days annually vacation leave, accrued at the rate of 3.33 hours per month
  • Accumulation of ten (10) days annually sick leave, accrued at the rate of 3.33 hours per month
  • Eligibility for voluntary contributions to The Community Partnership’s 403(b) plan begins at the time of hire; if you complete 6 months of employment, you will then be eligible for a payment equal to up to 3% of all voluntary contributions to The Community Partnership’s 403 (b) plan
