Licensed Practical Nurses- Primary Care Clinics

Currently, we are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses for our Primary Care Clinics

The Licensed Practical Nurses will work with the clinic team to maintain patient flow, provide patient education, and assist providers as required. The Primary Care Nurse will be responsible for assessing and documenting initial health indicators and provide nursing care in accordance with medical orders.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to performing procedures such as injections, PPD testing, finger stick glucose testing, EKGs, and pulse oximetry as ordered by the clinician. We are seeking professionals with experience in working with the homeless community. Experience with Mental Health patients is required. Current LPN license, in good standing with the state licensing board, with one year LPN experience preferred. Phlebotomy certification is a plus, but not required.
