We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, multi-faceted professional with an interest in managing, shaping, leading, and fostering a positive community of college students and CHNW staff. Our business is about people and is run by people. We are seeking someone who has skill and passion for Property Management, Operations and people engagement. This position is created for a go-getter who is not afraid to jump in and support a variety of tasks varying in complexity across multiple functions within the organization. 

Snapshot overview of the position  

As our Site Manager, you will be the Leader of a community of college students and all CHNW staff who support and participate in that community. There are three main overarching functions within this position that the Site Manager is responsible for. As a Site Manager you will be:  

  • Responsible for providing leadership to the community.  
  • Responsible for the positive people engagement and services at the site.  
  • Responsible for the successful operation and maintenance of the site.  

What we are hoping to see from you  

  • Bachelor’s Degree (master’s degree preferred) in student affairs, business, or related field 
  • 3-5 years of property management, student housing, or related experience  
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience, more is a plus!  
  • Working knowledge of Contract Law and/or Fair Housing laws, rules, and regulations  
  • Must have strong working computer knowledge  
  • Skills we would like you to have: Supervisory responsibilities, management abilities, critical thinking skills, project management skills, professional skills, finance and budgeting abilities, teamwork abilities as well as the ability to work independently  

The work environment /individual capabilities  

Majority of work is completed in a general office environment with exposure to moderate levels of noise in a well-lit, well-ventilated, and fast-paced environment; continuously required to read computer screen. Work may involve lifting to 20 lbs. Travel is required 10% or less but will vary depending on future expansion projects. Site visits, meetings, and in-office staff normally working inside the corporate office have been reduced to provide safe working conditions for those required to be working onsite. Under current restrictions and COVID-19 guidelines, masks are required when working onsite. This position is not currently remote, and the work primarily conducted from the community site location.

  • 112 hours of paid Sick time (including support for mental health days)

  • $300 annual wellness reimbursement  
  • 2 Floating Holidays  
  • 9 paid holidays + Holiday Half time pay (only required to work ½ time but are paid for full) during Dec 25th and Dec 31st  
  • Employee Assistance Program including things like travel resources, legal advice, and counseling service resources  
  • A monthly cell phone stipend  
  • 15 days paid vacation time  
  • Free parking on-site (if available) or $100 Alternate Transportation stipend for public transportation, walking or biking to work
