Since 2007, Xposure Foundation Inc. has proudly served youth and families of New York City & Westchester County by developing a robust urban youth multimedia ecosystem with the goal of exposing youth to the world of endless possibilities and developing life skills in Science, Technology, Finance, Work Ethic, Nutrition and Community Service - while helping to build stronger parent/child partnerships. 

Our creative enrichment programming featured in (Xposure Club NeXt,, Xposure Edutainment Network, WatchClubXTV and more) aim to promote self discovery, empowerment, emotional stability, and the overall development of the whole-child. Our approach has garnered 5 NY EMMY® nominations, several SONYC Film Festival Awards, and has been featured for two consecutive years at the Tribeca Film Festival. We are all about variety, creativity and living beyond the box; that's why we are looking for like-minded creatives to join us on a journey of blazing trails.

We are expanding our marketing team to ensure our “shell” always matches our “core,” by seeking an organized Marketing Coordinator/Project Manager who has a “PHD in Creativity” and can lead tasks that support our organization’s overall marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is an unapologetic boss who can thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment and is excited to drive the elevation of a multimedia “edutainment” brand for urban youths. 


  • Plan and manage project and events
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns
  • Conduct research to analyze competition, market trends and customer behavior and prepare reports by collecting, summarizing and analyzing data


  • Communicate campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to the team
  • Motivate those involved in the project to complete tasks on time
  • Continuously seek and research new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to marketing and sales leadership
  • Communicate and provide instructions for campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to their team


  • Organize projects with the goal of on-time completion.
  • Plan and manage projects, special events, and meetings by: coordinating and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts
  • Delegate project tasks to team members best positioned to complete them


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including: communications, advertising, branding, and digital marketing.
  • Possesses strong presentational, written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate graphic design, public relations and advertising.
  • Project management experience and time-management skills for simultaneously juggling numerous time-sensitive projects. Being familiar with project management software is imperative.


  • Must be able to work independently yet collaboratively when needed.
  • Very tech-savvy and innovative. Good computer skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data and sharing this information with other team members in project updates. Working knowledge of basic computer applications, programs and features is a must with experience in web page development or graphic design being very helpful.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for representing organizations in public, during media events and product launches, product demonstrations and while participating at trade shows.
