Conservation Colorado is looking for a Front Range Field Organizer based on Colorado’s Front Range who will be responsible for engaging communities in Jefferson County to take action to help pass strong statewide environmental policies and building leaders through education to empower communities to engage in legislative spaces, regulatory processes, and elections. You will work closely with the Front Range team to ensure conservation and environmental justice are elevated across Jefferson County in political, regulatory, and decision-making spaces.

What You’ll Do
As Conservation Colorado’s Front Range Field Organizer, you’ll recruit and develop activists that represent the community to mobilize them to take action to enact strong conservation policy and elect conservation-minded lawmakers. This position reports to the Front Range Field Manager and is based in the Denver metro area. This role can evolve over time, but you will have these areas of responsibility.

This position does not have an undergraduate education requirement. Spanish/English bilingual is a skill we value, but it is not a requirement. This is a full-time job but there can be some flexibility in the exact schedule.

Compensation and Benefits:
The full-time salary range for this role is between $43,000 to $47,000, based on a wage analysis across the organization and new staff rarely starting at the top of the range.
