Central Office Clerk to Director of Clinical Administration- Full Time

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:

Under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Administration, the Central Office Clerk provides support and assistance to the Clinical Department. This position is an entry level position who would like to expand their administrative skills and be part of an organization whose mission is to prevent the institutionalization of people suffering from mental illness.

Specific essential job functions includes:

Draft memoranda, letters, and other correspondence. Attend meetings and prepare minutes of meetings. Assist in managing of the Facsimile and Photocopy technology. Answer phones as assigned.

Perform general Office duties as assigned. Develop and maintain productive relationships with agency staff. Compile and maintain the agency Client Database and Client Satisfaction. Complete AVATAR monthly reports. Respond to information requests form other agencies. Serve as a role model for positive employee relations and professional functioning.

Maintain files for Community Care Licensing, Department of Health Care Services, and Behavioral Health Services. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of Clinical Administration, including but not limited to, order supplies, preparation of reports, and completion of special projects.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education equivalent to high school diploma. Strong organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to write clearly and concisely and to communicate professionally both in person and on the telephone. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Must be computer literate and comfortable assisting others. Acceptable level of maturity, good judgment, and emotional stability.

Salary$ 19.84 per hour, plus excellent benefits including non-matching 403B contributions, with 100% vesting after one year of employment, fully paid medical, dental, vision, life insurance and EAP. Voluntary benefits includes: Short and Long term disability, additional life insurance and accident plans. FSA and commuter benefit plans, and contributions to 403B plan.
