WHO WE ARE:
ActBlue is a nonprofit that builds tech and infrastructure for Democratic campaigns, progressive-aligned causes, and people trying to make an impact in order to fuel long-term, people-powered change. If you’ve ever given online to a Democrat or progressive organization, chances are you’ve used our powerful online fundraising platform.
We put power in the hands of small-dollar donors and help thousands of groups — from presidential candidates to environmental organizations — build grassroots movements. We envision a democracy where everyone looking to make progressive people-powered change can easily and effectively deploy their resources, energy, and creativity to shape our country and futures. Each and every one of us, from the political activists to the tech innovators to the customer service pros, is fully committed to our mission.
The Reporting and Research Data is a new department under the Outreach umbrella of ActBlue. The four departments under that, in addition to Reporting and Research are: Democratic Politics and Elections (DPE); Training; Movement, Issue and Charitable Organizations (MICO); and Partnerships. Under the Reporting and Research team, they will continue to increase their expertise with the most up to date techniques and ActBlue platforms and tools, as well as use customer relationship management tools to house, analyze, and track progress to goals and relationships. This work will be largely internal facing and work with data specific to account management and ActBlue platform analytics. Research responsibilities will vary according to assigned turf and needs and will be largely focused on helping relationship building and account management staff reach their goals.
