Position Description: Development Manager

Temple Beth Shalom (TBS) is a warm, dynamic, and inspiring Reform Jewish synagogue that is thriving at a time when so many other faith-based organizations are struggling.  Our membership has nearly doubled over the past decade, now reaching nearly 1,000 households, and our programs are nationally renowned for being on the cutting edge of what Jewish community has to offer.  We are able to achieve these goals because we focus on depth of relationship with the people who make up our community, and the same holds true for the ways in which we raise the funds needed to meet our standards of excellence in all we do.
