We are seeking a compassionate, innovative, and dedicated leader who will be responsible for advancing the mission of St. Joseph Spiritual Ministries (SJSM) by developing and implementing spiritual programming that is mission-aligned and impactful. In addition to delivering retreats, prayer sessions, and workshops, the Director will also lead the philanthropic efforts of the ministry, including strategic planning, donor engagement, and stewardship.
To thrive in this role, you must have a strong understanding of or a willingness to deeply engage with the mission, charism, and vision of the Sisters of St. Joseph. This includes embodying the spirit of unity and service in all interactions with donors, foundations, and event participants.
