We have two open positions for Asset Management Administrators at our San Francisco office! These positions function as support to the Asset Management department, helping sustain our portfolio of over 100 properties for the long-term. This includes essential responsibilities such as saving our non-profit organization more than $10 million by assisting with annual tax exemption filings.
Asset Management Administrator - Budgets
This position focuses on the property budgeting process and involves maintaining and updating budget templates, reporting for tax credit compliance, and coordinating approvals for capital expenditures. More details about this position at: https://goo.gl/ELRiVW
Asset Management Administrator - Reporting & Section 8
This position focuses on regulatory compliance and involves renewing permits/licenses, updating partnership agreements, and distributing Section 8 notices. More details about this position at: https://goo.gl/yZtocf
