Primary Therapist (CASAC/CASAC-G/CPGC/LMSW/LMHC/MHC-LP)
Job Description:
As a member of the clinical team, the Primary Therapist will work under the supervision of the Clinical Director to deliver addiction treatment services to clients ranging from adolescents to adults.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions for individuals seeking recovery from addictive disorders and their family members
- Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for incoming clients
- Develop individualized treatment plans and assess client progress
- Attend all appropriate meetings/supervision sessions and participate in case conferences with the multidisciplinary clinical team
- Maintain records in compliance with regulations, with special attention to completeness, accuracy, and issues relating to confidentiality
- Conduct didactic groups and workshops for clients
- Ability to work two evenings per week (40 hours/week total)
- Performs other duties as assigned
