The Lorton Community Action Center (LCAC), a 501(c) 3, non-profit social service agency is seeking a part-time Operations Manager. This person provides administrative and financial accounting services for the organization and works directly with the Executive Director. The staff member also serves as a backup to programmatic staff.
A successful candidate for this position is extremely organized, compassionate, detail-oriented and able to interact with a diverse population (clients, donors, volunteers and community members). Proficiency in Microsoft Office is
required. Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus!
This is a 25 hour per week exempt position with some benefits.Bachelor's Degree and non-profit experience preferred.

LCAC offers all staff the opportunity to participate in a 403(b) plan with pre-tax deductions from payroll. Regarding health insurance, LCAC pays 50% of a monthly cost for a full-time staffer through our pool (Center for Nonprofit Advancement). The cost of LCAC’s portion is prorated based on hours. Additionally, staff earn PTO based on their years of service.
