Huckleberry Youth Programs is seeking a Clinical Director to bring leadership and oversight to the San Francisco counseling program. The primary responsibility of the Clinical Director is oversight of the delivery of high quality, timely, integrated, trauma informed, and youth-centered behavioral health and emotional well-being services. This includes providing clinical supervision to a team of clinicians (currently six staff, with possibility of some growth in near future), collaborating with program directors about embedded counseling services, ensuring quality of services and adequate documentation compliance and practices.

We're looking for someone with the following experience and qualities:

--Licensed MFT/LCSW required, meeting BBS supervision criteria preferred.

--Experience in supervision and management.

--Experience with adolescent psychotherapy.

--Experience with family therapy

--Experience with Medi-Cal documentation, (especially use of AVATAR)

--Experience, awareness and knowledge of cultures of HYP clients and families
