Residential Child Care (Group Home) Administrator needed to provide administrative and programmatic supervision and oversight to six residential programs. Our residential programs serve youth ages 13-20 and consist of Shelter Care, Group Homes, and Therapeutic Group Homes. With the high prevalence of trauma among the youth we serve, it is required that the Assistant Program Director understand the effects of trauma on health, coping, and other aspects of life. This position will work closely with the Program Director to ensure goals for service delivery, quality of care, and regulatory compliance are met. Identify areas of programmatic strength and need and develop a plan for growth. Position duties include budget management, management of agency policies and procedures, supervision of program management, program development, and collaboration with community partners. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service, 3 years supervisory experience, knowledge of COMAR, and ability to work with a team of varying backgrounds.
