We are looking for an Operations & School Support Manager that can manage operations, develop relationships, and deliver impact. The Operations & School Support Manager will manage the operations of the Oakland Enrolls common charter application, operational support to partner schools, as well as the overall family experience when researching and applying to public charter schools. This will include, but not be limited to operations, project management, software management, data analysis, customer support, communications, managing vendors, and assisting with various community outreach activities. The Operations & School Support Manager is a full time, remote position, but will require occasional attendance at community outreach events in Oakland. Preference to candidates who reside in the Bay Area.

REPORTING STRUCTURE
The Operations & School Support Manager will report directly to the Executive Director of Oakland Enrolls. This position will manage up to two full-time employees.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Bachelor's degree required. Additional years of experience can replace the bachelor’s degree requirement.
SALARY
The salary range for this position is between $75,000-$90,000 annually.
