Position Overview:

REBA seeks a Program Coordinator to support the growth of REBA’s membership. The Coordinator will be an early-career team player to attract the world’s leading companies on clean energy adoption and the fight against climate change.

Our vision is a resilient, zero-carbon energy system where all organizations have a viable path to renewable energy.

This role reports to the Senior Director, Membership & Philanthropy. 

Success in this position will build on strong attention to detail, ability to anticipate program needs, and support team members in growing the member network for measurable programmatic progress, and a deep commitment to the mission of REBA.


Responsibilities:

This role will contribute to the Membership & Philanthropy team’s success via:

·      Program & Process Management

o  Prospect/Recruitment Pipeline

o  New Member Conversions, Welcome & Onboarding

o  General Membership Inquiries

o  Data Management

o  Renewal Invoices

o  Attrition

 

·      Analyzing metrics to measure recruitment progress and identify opportunities

o  Recruitment email templates

o  Member engagement

o  Anticipate needs by conducting market research to identify new leads

 

·      Creative contributions to team processes (e.g. identifying opportunities for rapid prototyping, solving members’ needs, and supporting solutions to market failures)


Qualifications:

·      Coordinator level candidates will have either an associate, undergrad degree, or certificates in a relevant field such as project management, sales, or marketing. If no professional degree or certificate, the equivalent in professional experience

·      Senior Coordinator level candidates will have a relevant graduate degree or an undergraduate degree and 2 or more years’ experience. If no professional degree, the equivalent in professional experience.

·      Excellent written communication and professionalism

·      Shared commitment to REBA’s core values of Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence (RISE)

·      Hands on experience with CRM systems and project management tools; experience with Salesforce; Monday.com; or others

·      Excellent communication skills including the ability to listen actively and effectively, and present key points clearly and accurately, both verbally and in writing

·      Ability to understand complex problems and develop insightful analyses using basic quantitative and qualitative approaches

·      Willingness to support new initiatives and the flexibility to easily adjust priorities when new information is presented

·      Creativity in undertaking new projects and forward-thinking idea generation

·      Passion for achieving REBA’s vision of a resilient zero-carbon energy system

Our Salary and Benefits

REBA strives for salary equity based on the job, and the candidate’s experience, skills, education, and (once hired) performance at REBA—not based on a candidate’s negotiation skills, gender, race, sexual orientation, or any other non-skills-based attributes.

REBA's Coordinator/Sr. Coordinator salary band is $50,000-$81,500 with a 5% bonus opportunity. We anticipate most candidates for this particular role to join REBA toward the beginning of the Coordinator range ($50,000 - $54,000), but more experienced professionals will be considered as well.
