Role Summary

In the customer service V-Label customers are supported from the first inquiry up to the invoicing. Furthermore the product testing is part of the customer service. The quality manager is taking care of the implementation and evaluation of inspections. The QM is training, negotiating and evaluating the partner control bodies ensuring the V-Label criteria are met. The QM is also organising and planning the national and international audits in communication with the customers and the control bodies.


  • Customer service and support: writing offers, negotiating contracts, accompanying product check process, evaluate products and their layouts according to the V-Label guidelines, invoicing, handling of daily customer wants and needs, follow up notices of termination, follow up unconfirmed offers, monthly follow-up (inquiries, offers, checks, contracts), write bills
  • Inspection management (planning and organisation of audits, preparation, evaluation, follow-up)
  • Contact with control bodies and contract negotiation
  • Training of control bodies and briefing
  • Exchange on standardised audits internationally



  • Strong collaboration and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a team and to develop and maintain positive employee relations
  • Good understanding of and alignment with ProVeg International’s vision and mission
  • Self-starter personality with a curious nature and a drive to continuously optimise
  • Masters degree in nutrition science, food technology or a comparable field
  • Excellent project planning skills
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with an excellent eye for detail
  • A positive, proactive and enthusiastic work attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills; additional language ability is desirable


  • Experience in conducting audits is a plus
  • Educated in quality management in food production
  • Educated in food technology and vegan/ vegetarian food production
  • Customer service experience
