Full Time Contract
Membership Assistant for busy ABT Development Department. Assistant will provide primary support for membership and development programs, including batching all department monies, membership acknowledgment mail and renewal mail as well as fielding telephone inquiries from members. Candidates with expertise in Raiser’s Edge database or similar donor database preferred. Must be extremely organized, attentive to detail, and able to work on multiple projects and meet strict deadlines. Must have excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required. Must be willing to work evening and weekend hours when required.
