Job Summary:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related to the RMHCNE personnel systems. Their duties will include developing recruitment strategies, implementing systems for managing staff benefits, payroll, behavior, and onboarding new employees.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to move and operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. The employee must be able to move up to 30 pounds. Employee must be comfortable communicating in a variety of written and verbal settings including (but not limited to) answering phones, public speaking, facilitating meetings, making cold calls, etc. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
