Data and Campaign Services Manager

The Data and Campaign Services Manager is responsible for the coordination, implementation, and execution of operational procedures and maintenance, donor research, prospect pipeline management, and support of the database system. The primary focus of the Data and Campaign Services role is entering and maintaining accurate records for all constitutes, processing gifts, and preparing statistical and analytical reports/exports. Specific duties and responsibilities:

Organize, manage, and maintain all internal information systems, including the following;

●      Gift processing and transmittal of receipts, acknowledgement letters, and gift related documentation

●      Support solicitations and outreach infrastructure for reporting and monitoring prospect/donor activity

●      Provide canned and custom reporting for Annual Fund, Campaign, Endowment, and Planned Giving, including gift batch reporting, month end reporting, and ad-hoc reporting

●      Administer special projects; annual appeals assignment, organization’s Board of Trustees lists, pledge reminders, annual rollover, nametags, and Governance lists

●     Oversees research on prospects, manages prospect management system and prepares prospect lists and reports

●      Provide datasets and support to all department members for major outreach, including segmented mailings and email campaigns

●      Facilitate monthly and annual financial auditing between Development and Business Office

●      Maintain data with accuracy and thoroughness and perform all data entry across all systems

●      Identify and research additional tools to support the growth of engagement opportunities

●      Provide general administrative support as needed
