TNTP seeks full-time Senior Managers, Academics (ELA or Mathematics) to join our Consulting Team in the Northeast Region. These positions are based in a home office in our Northeast Region in one of the following states: Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Washington D.C., or Vermont and are available immediately. Travel up to 40% is required (contingent upon organizational/ state/ federal regulations).

As a Senior Manager, Academics, you will support a portfolio of academic projects across the Northeast region in alignment with state and/or regional strategy and broader organizational strategies for students.

TNTP offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position with the potential for an annual performance-based bonus. The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $102,000. New hires are typically brought into the organization at a salary between the range minimum and the salary range midpoint depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role. We offer a comprehensive benefits plan, covering the majority of the employee premium for the base medical plan and subsidizing the majority of costs for a spouse/domestic partner and children. Other benefits include dental and vision plans, disability, life insurance, parenting benefits, flexible spending account options, generous vacation time, commuter benefits, referral bonuses, professional development, and a 403(b) plan. We also offer an inclusive environment where staff are encouraged to bring their whole selves to work every day.
