Dear Sir or Madam,

Conservation International Foundation (hereinafter referred to as

“Conservation International”), is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for: Preparing

a Project Document (ProDoc)/CEO Endorsement Package for a Full-Sized

Project (FSP) titled: “Philippine Rise Integrated Conservation for Enduring

Legacies through Ecosystem Support Services (PRICELESS).” The attached RFP

contains all the necessary information for interested Offerors.

The award will be in the form of Firm Fixed Price Contract (hereinafter referred to as “the contract”).

The successful offeror(s) shall be required to adhere to the code of ethics,

statement of work, and the terms and conditions of the contract. A Firm-Fixed-Price

Contract provides for a price that is not subject to any adjustment on the

basis of the contractor’s cost experience in performing the contract.

Interested offerors should indicate their interest in submitting a

proposal for the anticipated agreement by sending an email indicating their

intention to CI Procurement at cip-procurement@conservation.org 5:00 PM (EST) on February 25, 2021.  Interested Offerors can submit their questions

to cip-procurement@conservation.org .
