Description

This Bilingual Administrative Support position will primarily include managing school attendance as well as receipt and invoice record keeping. Additional responsibilities include answering incoming calls and greeting parents, applicants and other guests that visit the campus in person. In addition to these routine responsibilities, the Administrative Support will offer assistance with a variety of other clerical tasks.


The Administrative Support will manage his/her duties with discretion and independent judgment. He/she will responsibly supervise student activity in the main office, and will be relied on to represent the organization with a professional demeanor.
