National D.C.-based association focused on safety and mobility issues is recruiting an energetic, full-time graphic designer with 2-4 years of experience to produce a wide range of digital and print content, including newsletters, member magazine, meeting programs, ads, blog posts and other marketing materials, as directed. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Daily responsibilities include handling all aspects of design and production, with focus on content for mobile, blast email and social media. An ability to edit would be an added bonus. Position also requires serving as liaison with print vendors and maintaining budgets. Must have experience with InDesign and Photoshop for PC or Mac-based system. PowerPoint and Excel skills necessary.
Attention to detail and strong grammatical skills are critical. Familiarity with photography is a plus. Degree in graphic design or fine arts, or an equivalent combination of education and previous work experience preferred.
