Salary Range: $55,000 to $70,000, depending on experience

The Opportunity:
The Drupal Association is a nonprofit that serves one of the largest, independent global open source communities - Drupal, which has pioneered open source and led the Content Management Software (CMS) space for 23 years. There are three pillars to our organization: DrupalCon, Drupal.org, and our Certified Partner Program. These attract hundreds of businesses globally who buy event sponsorships, digital ads, and membership to grow their pipelines and to support the Drupal project. They are critical to our community’s longevity.
That’s where you come in. As our Fulfillment Coordinator it’s your job to make sure they activate their benefits and love the value they get from the Drupal Association. By providing exemplary guidance and fulfillment support to our event sponsors, members, and digital advertisers you will improve and grow those relationships. You will work with each account, strategizing with them how to get the most out of their program benefits, fulfilling those benefits, tracking fulfillment progress, and delivering customers reports on their investment impact. You will work as part of a closely-knit development team providing Salesforce reports, dashboards and general administration of Salesforce accounts.

What we need from you:
As our Fundraising Specialist you have phenomenal customer service skills, solid written and verbal communication ability, strong operations skills, excellent attention to detail and experience with sales and marketing tools like Salesforce, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Analytics and Mailchimp.
In this role you’ll be working with a global, multicultural community. You should be comfortable working with a diverse group and have the ability to build relationships before meeting in person. Drupal Association is a distributed team environment so you’ll be working from a home office. You’ll also need some flexibility in your schedule as you may need to shift work hours from time-to-time to serve customers around the world.
