The Member Services

The Member Services Coordinator (MSC) assures that members are

welcomed, engaged, and well-supported through their whole tenure in Ashby

Village, consistently responded to with warmth, timeliness, and

professionalism. The MSC recruits, trains, and supports a number of volunteer teams

to carry out various key aspects of member services.


The MSC draws on their clinical and/or case management experience to provide screening and

assessment services, member support, community referrals, and training and

support to other staff and volunteers. They also help to keep members safe and healthy through an

array of wellness and prevention programs. The MSC also supports the Village’s Neighborhood Groups to play a vital role in

building connections among members and disseminating information.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Masters in Social Work or related field.
  • Significant experience providing clinical or case management services, preferably to older adults.
  • Strong interest in supporting the well-being and self-determination of older adults.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaborative team skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Program development experience.
  • Creativity, flexibility, and sense of humor.
  • Fluency in using Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Salesforce or other relational database program preferred.
