The Human Trafficking Program Coordinator has three main areas of responsibility; (1) Supervise direct-line staff in providing comprehensive intensive case management to all survivors of human trafficking, ensuring a harm-reductionist, trauma-informed approach; (2) Provide community leadership in creating a more comprehensive and collaborative approach to identifying potential victims of human trafficking and ensuring efficient referrals and quality services to all survivors who seek them; (3) Provide training and technical assistance to social services professionals, law enforcement, and other systems that are in positions to identify and serve survivors.
The Project Director will also work with Survivor Support Services Team to creatively evaluate and improve the quality and effectiveness of its services, in order to more comprehensively meet the complicated needs of this emerging population. On-call responsibilities occur periodically.
